This group did it all. The initial visit to assess the issues was informative and helpful. We could see our choices. They offered sound advice and looked at ways to save us money where it was possible. We ended up replacing about half the boards on the oldest deck. The finished product on both decks looks amazing -- like new. The workmen were thoughtful, knowledgeable, hard working, and polite. I was impressed that they even followed up with tips on maintaining the decks for years to come. I will definitely have them back every couple of years just to check on the decks and preserve the investments we have made in them. My highest recommendation."

"We had the best experience with this contractor for major exterior work on our home. The owner Sobi first came out to look over the multi faceted project. Our home is 50+ years old and a unique custom build. Many years of deferred maintenance led to extensive dry rot and a need to waterproof a very large roof deck. No contractor really wants to do this kind of work but not Sobi. He assured us that he has seen far worse and has solutions and ideas for our specific issues. This involved more of an investigative approach as he dove into a complicated drain pipe system that was built inside the walls. He found the issue and went to work replacing interior drain pipe connections, etc. He then addressed the extensive exterior dry rot. Some beams needed to be replaced, others could be salvaged. The other big issue, a huge roof deck that was leaking, Sobi had a solution that worked great for us, saving us money. He is very personable, professional, problem solver, just the best!"

"Paul and Vicky Cunningham recently completed a bathroom, bedroom and laundry room remodel for us. We have had numerous remodels on our 60 year old home over the years, but the project completed by Cunningham Construction was by far the smoothest and highest quality work to date. The attention to detail Paul has with regard to grout lines and leveling surfaces to make the project look even more aesthetically beautiful is incredible.
