"HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! They came out, stated my installed tankless system needing repiping didn’t have a recirculating pump built in & recommended I get one. They quoted $99/hour for labor & parts are separate. Stated there were no options for an external pump (not on market) & wanted me to purchase their system with one built in requiring to uninstall NEW system & install their system (thousands more) & stated it would require 2 men for 8 hours of work & appointment was booked. After researching, there are both universal recirculating pumps for tankless systems & the brand I had made an external pump specifically for the system I bought. When I told them this & that I would only need to have the system already in place properly pipped with external pump installed, they became hateful from that point on & demanded I had a non-working outlet next to system fixed before they would do any work (didn’t have this demand when I booked appointment with their system). I had already fixed the outlet but the lady who answers the phone repeatedly stated no work would be done until outlet fixed, even after I told her I heard her the first 5 times & would ensure it was done, she continued demanding every communication in a hateful tone, multiple times each communication. Was told I would get a new bid with their tankless system removed & labor hours adjusted, it took a week to get it & just 2 days before the appointment. I was shocked to see the bid was still high ($1300) since the system was already installed but only needed repiping & recirculating pump installed. I sent an email, I only requested to know how many hours they expected to need that day, she responded by telling me the appointment was cancelled & I should find another plumber. They cancelled 2 days before because I dare ask how many hours were needed on a $1300 estimate. Not only did they not know of universal recirculating pumps for tankless systems, or lied to sell me their system, but they wanted 11-12 hours of work (estimate not detailed so I estimated $100-200 for some parts) to repipe an already installed system & install a external pump. They are dishonest people & cancel if you inquire about the estimate which I believe was highly bloated. I will never use them again, buyer beware!!!"

This was not an easy job for them but the result of pruning my three large trees, trimming bushes along the house, removing weeds, as well as adding rock to the landscape in a timely and sufficient manner was impressive. I was provided a quote and they were able to fit me in their schedule within two days of my request. It took me some time to find somebody I could trust and when I found Stay True Lawn I knew trust wasn't an issue. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend them! "Do not lose your money. It is the worst contractor ever. I don’t know how this person can call himself a licensed contractor. We made a contract, 10% to book my yard work. On the first day, I had to pay 50% and on the last day the remaining 30%, I did pay it as we agreed. The day when he was supposed to start working, he didn’t, he showed up until the next day, he texted me with an excuse. The day he started, he asked me to pay him 50%, I did it, but after that, he didn’t show up until I called and texted him several times, 3 weeks later when he sent two workers, they weren’t doing the right thing and when I told them that, they stop working and leave. Again I had to call and send him several messages to come back and continue with the work. He asked me to pay in full before he finished the job, I said no you have to finish first. It was the same story until he finally finished the work, more than 3 months later, he said he would complete the work in 3 weeks, instead, it took him more than 3 months. He had to redo part of the cement since the door didn’t open and his workers did not close a sprinkler under the cement. After he finished the work, I started having problems with the irrigation system, his workers came back 3 times to fix it and they didn’t do it, I had to tell Alvaro how to fix it. Then the lightning system he installed didn’t work, it made my garage electricity turn off and all the food I had in a big freezer spoiled. I still have problems with the irrigation system, I have to replace most of the flowers since they dry out right away, and part of the cement is cracked. I asked him to give me back part of my money to hire someone professional who can fix what he didn’t know how to do, he said yes but he always gave excuses such as, he doesn’t have money, he has to go to school with his kids, his dog died, and the last one, his wife died, between other excuses."

"Larry Nelms and his crews are awesome. They poured about 12 yards of concrete in my back and side yards and also landscaped with plants, mulch, and irrigation around my entire back yard. It was very reasonably priced and looks great. After explaining that I've always had trouble getting enough water to some dying Redwood trees, he recommended and installed Netafim drip. I was skeptical as I'd tried various drip and other types of irrigation and a few of the trees were still dying and I was sure they were goners. He assured me it would work. Fast forward a couple months and the trees are thriving. He was 100% right about what to do and Netafim was the perfect solution. I'm so grateful to not lose those trees. Part of the back yard project included moving some sprinkler valves from the back/side to the front so the whole side yard could be poured and look clean. The crew accidentally cut my pool fill line as it was buried with the sprinkler valves. This wasn't discovered until weeks after the concrete was poured. After letting Larry know, he came out personally with a team of guys, cleanly cut a patch of concrete above the cut, repaired the line, and repaired the concrete. No hassle whatsoever. Larry is easy to work with and I'd recommend his services to anyone. Thanks Larry!"
