Don and his crew did a great job removing the old grass and replacing it with new cement work and synthetic lawn. Job started quickly and was completed in a week. Worked around landscape we wanted saved and even plumbed new irrigation lines

Creative did a great job on our backyard with our fencing, gates, and planting. Also timely and communicative in comparison to other landscape companies who provided quotes, but then ghosted us. We requested a list of plants and they fulfilled the ones we wanted. Only knocked off one star because we were talked out of pea gravel for our side yard. They insisted on using DG. They did not stabilize the DG. So, because our dog likes to dig, we now have DG mixed with dirt. Now need to replace with gravel. Would have been better if they had listened to our needs in the first place. I would recommend them, just be sure to tell them exactly what you want.

The crew were fast working, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after the job. I am very pleased with my new garden pathway, both with the concrete sidewalk and utility pad; and the slate stone walkway to my water feature.

Great crew that did the install and did the job early and on time.

The team showed up to work not knowing the full job. I had to go over everything with the guy in charge several times throughout the job to remind him of what I was supposed to be getting done to my yard. Curbs and walkways were poured crooked and uneven. The plants/flowers that were recommended to me were not good choices and did not it what we wanted, so we wound up buying our own plants and having them place them. Pavers were placed uneven and crooked and are still needing to be redone. Sprinkler controller was installed in the wrong location in my garage and they tore through my sheetrock to place it, then left the mess in the garage for me to clean up. It has been almost 2 weeks since they were done with my job and I am still finding cigarette butts in my yard from the workers. Every day they left trash in our yard from their drinks, snacks, and cigarettes which we then had to clean up.

Communicated multiple times on the location of sprinkler valves and still didnt get them where I wanted. Grass sod lumpy. Didnt clear rocks or stones just laid bark over top. Didnt level yard well. Too expensive!

We hired Creative Landscape to demo and put sod and sprinklers in our backyard and then demo and some basic low maintenance landscaping in our front yard. Overall we had a great experience and would use them again if we needed. There were a few hiccups, such as a sprinkler head of ours was broken during demolition of the front yard and was not brought to our attention and a post that was being used as a border around our planter was haphazardly cut during installation instead of trying to make it leveled. However on both occasions when it was brought to their attention it was fixed without any issues to satisfaction. We had quite a few people come out to provide estimates and they were definitely on the more affordable end than a few of the others. They also were able to schedule and get the work completed a lot faster. Other companies told us it would be like a 2 week process where as Creative Landscape got it finished in 3 working days.

I would not hire this company again. They did work without getting an authorization from me to do the work they were doing. Yes I did hire them to fix a leak in the front but not to put in a whole new system in the back. I did get them stopped but even after that they connected the back valves to the controller and of course charged me for doing so. Now I am trying to find out what all they did do because their receipt/invoice just says they made repairs but does not say what repairs were made. You definitely have to sit out there with them to stay on top of what they are doing to make sure they only do what you are authorizing them to do. Then make sure you have time to look over their receipt/invoice prior to giving them a check and if it does not look right make them explain right then prior to handing the check to them. The main thing is to be very careful if you hire this company.

Bad concrete work, plants and trees all look dead. Section of fence they took out to get into the back yard was not put back correctly. Looks like it is about to fall. Amongst so many other things you m not happy with. Way over priced for the quality of work provided.

Did a great job in a timely fashion and was the low bidder. Set up and wired my fountain. Cleaned up after the job.

Provided an excellent method of providing water on a timer for my backyard. I will definitely call on them again for any future landscaping needs I have.
