"Joey responded before the scheduled appointment on 4/14:23 by contacting me immediately after I booked the appointment. He called on 4/12/23 and went to my property to check out the leaking problem, found the leaking pipe under the water meter assigned to my house and the next day, was repairing the leak by removing the old pipe and replacing it with a new one, having to remove and replace concrete, and finishing the job by early afternoon. The job was professionally completed the day before our scheduled appointment. Joey was very knowledgeable about the leak and took time to explain it all to me and show me the leaking pipe and what was needed to correct the problem. I am very pleased with the end results.
