Juan has been honest and upfront about costs and comes very close to the estimates he gives. He shows up when he commits and communicates promptly if there’s going to be delays and for how long. Juan has a good eye for detail and creative problem solving. We absolutely love the new roof he put up for us and the clean up afterwards was a big plus.
