"UPDATE 6/22/16: I've now used this company for several projects over the past year - recessed lighting, numerous ceiling fans, pendant and chandelier lights (some of which required running wiring and installing switches where there were none). They have never once charged me more than I was quoted, even though some of these projects ended up being more difficult than expected. I can not say enough about how great they are to work with! "I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken."

"Bob was great! We had a tree removed from the front yard (by someone else) last fall. There were so many roots to dig out that it pretty much destroyed the lawn. We decided to let it be for the winter and address the problem in the spring if the lawn didn't come back. It didn't. So, my husband and I started discussing what we needed/wanted to do back in February. Bob came out to do his first estimate in March. We changed our mind several times...put things on hold...and pretty much did nothing for 3 months. Bob was very understanding, revised his estimate several times to fit our needs and budget, and kept in touch the whole time. He took the time to listen to our needs and future plans and made some great recommendations. He even talked me into saving a tree that I was intent on cutting down - and he was right. My daughter loves to sit under it (now that she can) and it's a very nice feature of our back yard since he trimmed it up. When we finally got started, Bob was there when he said he would be, did what he said he would do, and communicated with us the whole time. We had a couple of issues that needed attention after the install and Bob was right back to fix them. When we are ready to work on the back yard, I will definitely be calling Landscape Design Concepts."

"My landlord hired EM Electric. I requested a motion light be installed on my patio. Where I enter was super dark. Erik came out and took a look, told me his plan for the best location (turned out perfect), also recommended a garage light sensor to add for small additional charge, I guess was easy to install as he had to do most the work for the patio (drilling hole from garage outlet) so thought to offer this addition. Extra awesome since my complex we don't have automatic openers and I had to fish for the overhead light in the dark. He was clean, courteous, and professional (even moved my stuff in the garage to do the job, then put back after he was done)!
