We very much appreciated that throughout the process Luis listened to our ideas while also giving us his expert advice. We know what we like, but he has a good eye and lots of experience. We know that his input and suggestions greatly improved the outcome of our project. We have always loved our place, but now we love it so much more. Also, Luis and his crew worked very well with our HOA association which has several rules and regulations regarding contractors and improvements. We had no complaints from the HOA nor our neighbors.
