Joshua’s Plumbing, Inc., a North Orange County company, is a family owned and operated corporation that has earned the Super Service Awards every year since starting with Angie's List in 2010. The owners handle every call personally when they comes in to insure exceptional customer service. Joshua’s family has been in the industry for over 50 years and Joshua has worked on 1000’s of homes gaining over 20 years experience in customer service, repipes, remodels, apartments, commercial buildings and participating in multiple charities to include, but not limited to, Extreme Makeover Home Edition and Interval House Crisis Shelter. He has gained exceptional experience in new construction as the lead plumber at The Oaks of Calabasas and The Tides at Crystal Cove, to name a few. In addition, Joshua’s experience has earned him a long list of referrals including past customers, contractors, and Noritz Water Heaters. Joshua of Joshua's Plumbing is owner and does his own work. He is professional, very friendly, explains what he's doing, shows up on time and his prices are very fair. We had a leaky shower faucet. He asked for a picture of the fixture which we texted to him. He picked up the parts before arriving, finished the work very neatly within an hour. Done! He's done work for us before and we always call him without hesitation.

Excellent work as usual! Josh is my go to guy for all my family’s plumbing related work for years. Joshua arrived at the agreed upon time and was very pleasant. Before even looking at the job, he assessed what needed to be done. What I had was not the usual hair plug in the drain. Joshua worked on it for a good 45 minutes and finally cleared the problem. (Apparently, 40 years of slow build-up hair, soap and grime finally came to a head.) After finishing up the job he also gave some good advice for preventing problems in the future. I would highly recommend Joshua Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I guess all the positive reviews have gotten to Joshua's head. Joshua was very nice when he first came to changed my bathroom faucet. Great work. He couldn't work on the rest that day so he said his office will call and schedule another day. Great. 2-3 days went by, no call, so I called and texted the number to see what's up. This was on a Saturday so we finalized the appt as 8am in the morning on Thursday. I was told this would be his first job. Great. I arranged my schedule to be home that morning. I got a text at 7:54am on Thursday saying Joshua would be late, coming in at 9am. I said what happened? So Joshua text me directly and ask if I still need a plumber at 9am. I replied in a professional way that I was not happy about the last minute change, but I will be there at 9am and be sure to be there closer to 9 than 10. Joshua then replied, telling me "I am sorry your not happy. I really don't want to work in a negative environment. Thank you for the opportunity to work for you.Have a nice day". Are you serious? I express that I am not happy with the last minute change and you're not coming because of the "negative" environment? There are lots of other professional plumbers out there. Be warned, stay away from this one.

Our company does work with emergency situations on a regular basis and once in awhile we are delayed due to someone needing immediate help in an extreme situation, for instance, water flooding their home and them unable to turn the water off. It is our priority to provide quality work and to be punctual to appointments as often as possible and to communicate as soon as we can if there is a delay. We want to be considerate of all of our customers schedules, but we do also have to consider the urgency for other items that arise. We would like to make this situation right for you if we can. Joshua showed up on time and determined that the bearings on my garbage disposal were shot so I needed a new one. He did not charge me for this and said he'd get me a quote for a new one within the hour. Within minutes, I got a call with a reasonable quote and he came back and installed it that day. He seemed very nice, knowledgeable, did good work and left the area clean. I plan to use him in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Joshua came out and installed an Aquasana saltless water softener/whole house water filtration system. He did an outstanding job!! He was completely familiar with the system, and installed it in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable as well.

Joshua is very knowledgeable in the installation and maintenance of the Aquasana system. Did an awesome job installing it. He added a bypass for when we need to service the system without having to shutoff water completely. Josh is very professional, personable, trustworthy. I highly recommend him and would use him again!

Joshua did an awesome job! He was very knowledgeable and he explained the various options to me. It was a big plus that he's installed an Aquasana system before. He's friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Felt that he was looking out for my interest rather than his (e.g. his suggestion would cause him more work for the same quote). I highly recommend him and would hire him again.

He provided excellent service, didn't try and talk us in to things we didn't need, reliable and trustworthy, knew his stuff, reasonably priced. He made a number of repairs and came out twice to get everything done.
