"Overall, he was knowledgeable, professional, and did great work and customer service!! I called Anthony and right away I could tell he was more of a phone/Ethernet wiring expert than the others I had spoken with (since I had been searching around). He was more than willing to answer any questions I had over the phone. We set up a Saturday appointment, which was a big plus not to have to cram it in during the week. Anthony was running about 90 minutes behind on the day of our appointment, but if you have ever had any repairs done that is normal. After seeing what we wanted to do, he talked through all our options and provided a great quote. It was a no brainier! Part of the wiring for the TV had to be routed down an exterior wall due to our roof line, but Anthony covered it with a nice molding that he made a special trip for. Anthony did a great job and we couldn't be happier! It is so nice to have the computer in a separate office, and a hardwired TV (so long wifi buffering). I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
