"They started each day at 8:00 AM and worked until 5:00 or later. They were very polite and professional. The lead person George would explain what they would be doing each day and then perform the tasks. The deck looks like it is brand new and the redwood has the original color and grain. Note: the bill included 4 hours of setting the deck screws so they could sand. Otherwise they performed to the bid."

"Great work removing old driveway and replacing driveway, sidewalk, and patio area with pavers. Crew was excellent--very competent, responsive and friendly. Excellent communication about details and decisions during the process. Finished product is excellent. Highly recommend Pavers Express Group."

"Sean and his team did an outstanding job converting my front and backyard lawns to artificial turf. Their professionalism and exceptional service made the whole process enjoyable, and I'm thrilled with the fantastic results. I highly recommend them."

"I was referred to Bay Breeze by a colleague of mine after searching for a landscaping specialist to handle a project of mine. After speaking with Eduardo and answering all of my questions, I was confident enough to proceed with this job. Bay Breeze surpassed all of my expectations including quality, pricing, communication and all of the above. What really impressed me working with Bay Breeze was their attentiveness and consistently staying in contact with me during the project. I was specified throughout all of the updates and changes which made me even more comfortable working with this business. My project was done before the deadline, and I am ecstatic to showcase the work Bay Breeze and staff have constructed. Thank you so much for your hard hard and business."

"We worked with Sequoia on a backyard project (expansion and drainage) this past summer (2023). We loved working with Will. He had great ideas and was flexible and open to considering and incorporating our ideas- which turned into an absolutely beautiful space. He was also willing to work within our budget. In fact, he recommended a tweak to our original ideas to maximize our funds and as a result, we have a much more beautiful, practical, and useable space. Regarding drainage, I am happy to report that after all the rain so far this season, we have been waking up to a completely dry patio. Each storm has brought massive amounts of water that have drained perfectly. As a comparison, last year we had a swap in multiple parts of the yard. It may not be where you want to spend your budget, but if you have drainage problems, it is well worth it. Side note, we also referred Sequoia to a friend who had a smaller budget project, and they did a beautiful job for them as well. Therefore, no job too big or too small. Cannot wait to use our yard this summer. Highly recommend!"

"We had Alliance Interlocking Pavers replace our driveway and back patio. Carlos worked with us to special order stone that would work with our driveway and clearly explained the cost up front. The work was completed on time and his team was very helpful with small details that arise during the course of a project like this. We are extremely satisfied with how our driveway and patio look, and we now look at old pictures and wonder why we did not replace it sooner. Carlos was very responsive to requests and questions about the project throughout the process. Alliance Interlocking Pavers are true professionals, and we are looking forward to hiring them for more work in the future."

"We have a patio area with a translucent roof and wanted to have more protection to be able to area in cooler weather. The roof has a slope so a triangular shaped transom was also necessary above the curtain rods. The estimator created a design and recommended hardware. In addition to the curtains, Acme created and installed 2 awnings. We visited the showroom / factory to choose our fabric and were very impressed with their work on display. During installation one of the transoms did not quite fit and it was very quickly remade and installed. Everyone we met at the company was courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company.

"Eli and his Acer Landscaping staff were beyond excellent, perfectly executing their top-notch design, which mirrored exactly what we envisioned for our backyard space: a family oasis. We love to entertain, play basketball, and relax and lounge outside. This is now our forever home/backyard, and it's all thanks to Acer. They stayed on budget and completed the project before the anticipated due date. In a heartbeat, we'd recommend Acer Landscaping to anyone looking to hire the perfect partner!"

"I had a great experience working with this landscape designer. They were able to take my ideas and turn them into a beautiful, functional outdoor space. The team was professional, friendly, and the end result is stunning."

"When we finally decided to do pavers for the front of our home, we were very lucky to casually stubble (funny story) into Rocco Pent! Great all around guy! I received multiple estimates but I was very impressed with Rocco's honesty, attention to detail, presentation, knowledge, and professionalism. I had a lot of questions, and I pay attention to every little detail - so I appreciated Rocco's patience and understanding in answering all my picky questions. I loved that I could see my project laid out visually before starting - that was very huge and important to me. Rocco made sure the project was done right from start to finish! It was also great to hear from one of the project coordinators, Travis, who personally called us to make sure things are good and if I had any questions/concerns along the way to call him anytime - great customer service! I am so happy with the work done by Black Diamond! Black Diamond delivered a beautiful transformation to our driveway, walkway and front porch! Geo (our foreman) and his team were clean, meticulous, and efficient, making sure my home was cleaned up before leaving each day - huge plus! We also had the front facade of our house replaced at the same time by other contractors. The projects impacted each other and Geo was helpful in making sure everyone working could finish and not get in each others way as much as possible. I just love my new driveway and patio, it looks so clean and modern! I get so many neighbors (and bikers riding by) saying how awesome it looks! We hope to replace our grass areas as well one day and will surely get back in touch with Black Diamond to beatify our home even more! Thanks Black Diamond, and Rocco!"
