Hi have been working for General Contractors and Homeowners for the last 30 years! Mostly re-models and new construction! I would normally do pre-paint and final construction clean ups! \nI like to do the fine detailed work that a lot of people skip over for all those final finishing touches!\nI paint, do caulking, give cabinets a new look, do door jams and walls! Also floors and appliances!\n As I am getting older what I’m really looking for are the vacation rentals.\nI am a people pleaser and love to see people happy with my work which they always are!\nI take my work very seriously and am good at trouble shooting and solving simple problems on site! I have worked all over the Coachella Valley and am willing to go up to 40 miles away. Have gone as far as Hemet and Big Bear! Prefer lower desert but will go to high desert if worth while!\nI also have built swimming pools and use to do a lot of concrete staining and polishing!

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. "Amber came to the house to do a detailed deep cleaning after a remodel was completed.  I am sorry to say the contractors were very unprofessional, messy and needless to say did not cleanup after them self's (wish I had chosen one from Angie's List), a remodel from h***.  I had made contact with Amber to request a quote about four months prior to the remodel.  After the initial interview my wife and I thought she was very professional, well prepared and really liked her however; decided to hold of on her services at that time.  We had learned that one of our neighbors had retained her services and had nothing but good things to say which confirmed our impressions from the first interview we had with Amber.  After the remodel we decided the only way to get the house truly clean after the mess from the contractors was to have someone in to help so; we called Amber!!!  When I called her to schedule a time she was very busy and said she would have to give me a call back, to my surprise my call was returned promptly and was just as just as pleasant as I remembered from our first meeting!!!  At this point I put her in touch with my wife and they scheduled a time for her to come clean the house.  The house was such a mess with plaster dust on everything from the furniture (dark leather), wall to wall mirrors, new wood flooring, blinds and paint residue on the floor and downstairs bathroom, I did not expect much when I left for work the day she was scheduled to come by.  My wife was so; impressed with the results she called me with updates and retain her services on a regular basis with twice monthly visits however; I still skeptical and was with holding my judgement and decision until I got home from work to see the results my self.  Wow was a very pleasantly surprised, the house looked great, she did an awesome job, I could not find one spec of plaster dust, the floors were dark and rich with the wood gran, the mirrors were spotless and shiny, I have never seen the blinds look so good (maybe I won't have to replace them), kitchen cabinets were all wiped down looking good, counter tops sparkled and the upstairs looked just as good!!!!  Needless to say I have to agree with my wife, the house really did look spectacular!!  Amber did everything promised; an outstanding job and I am happy to say that we have retained her services on a regular basis!!!

"The Chinese cabinet work was truly "museum quality". He did a far superior job than I thought possible and was very punctual and reasonably priced. He found things that needed to be done that were not visible before he started. He made these repairs without charging extra. I had to insist he accept payment for the extra work.
The bar stool wrapping was very clever. He accomplished a perfect wrap around arm surfaces that were themselves a continuous curve. The result was protection that looked like it was part of the barstool design (and probably should have been).

"They agreed to work on the weekend as this is an office building. They arrived early Saturday and worked late each day to ensure the job was completed AHEAD of schedule. They sent pictures throughout the day which was nice to see how the job was coming along without interferring with the jobat hand. The floors look good and I'm a happy customer"
