Andy completely explained every part if what it would take to install the ceiling fan in terms I could understand and only after making sure I understood and agreed did he touch anything. Lastly, I also appreciated Andy's regard for my home and my person donning shoe covers and a face mask and cleaning up after he was done. Payment was no problem - I input my card number and we were done (the price was excellent by the way). If this is the kind of service Porch consistently delivers I will use/recommend them without question!"
