Installer Andy's expertise and knowledge of the innards of a home as old as mine was greatly appreciated (he looked at the light fixture and thought it may be hanging on an old gas pipe once used to light homes and guess what, IT WAS!) Andy completely explained every part if what it would take to install the ceiling fan in terms I could understand and only after making sure I understood and agreed did he touch anything. Lastly, I also appreciated Andy's regard for my home and my person donning shoe covers and a face mask and cleaning up after he was done. Payment was no problem - I input my card number and we were done (the price was excellent by the way). If this is the kind of service Porch consistently delivers I will use/recommend them without question!"
