They quoted me a very reasonable price, however, after three weeks the company changed their crew. The new crew was much slower, taking double the time. No problem for me, I understand new staff is often not as efficient. However, the new staff decided to take photos and videos of my home without my knowledge or permission, they sent these photos to their supervisors, I am assuming as reasons why they were taking too long at my home. The next week two large men I had never met came to my home and basically told me my home was too dirty, showing me the videos the staff had taken. They demanded we pay more, were very intimidating and unprofessional. I immediately canceled their service. The following week they showed up anyway and I had to send them away. Terrible customer service and communication. Would not recommend."
