On subsequent visits, two ladies would arrive, and they did a good job, though (understandably) not as impressive as that first visit. The problem we had with this company is that, although we had hired this provider for monthly cleaning, she would not schedule an appointment monthly and show up unless I texted her once or twice first..then wait several days for a response. It was always up to me to get the ball rolling. Discussing this issue with Alicia helped only briefly...her last housecleaning service was the beginning of April, and she has not called or shown up since. We have had to look elsewhere for reliable housecleaning services."
