I'm happy, great work.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of Alicia and her crew. I would definitely hire her again and would also highly recommend her!

She did very well, left the house very clean. I would hire again. I am going to sell the house, so I wanted linoleum floors, cabinets, bathroom and kitchen counters, and lower walls cleaned. All that was done very well.

I worked from home today for my first cleaning and I’m pretty satisfied so far. The ladies did not mind that I was there. You can hear them scrubbing and cleaning but not hitting your furniture carelessly like some cleaners do. All the main spaces, cabinets, furniture were clean. They got inbetween each shutter blade, which was nice. They will use your supplies or bring their own. Fair rates, I would recommend.

Alicia was very prompt and professional. Her team arrived at the scheduled time and they were very thorough. The house had not been cleaned for quite some time and it was a mess. They did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Alicia was hired to do monthly housecleaning at the home of my 97 year old mother. On her first visit, Alicia and two others did an outstanding job, cleaning for nearly 4 hours! On subsequent visits, two ladies would arrive, and they did a good job, though (understandably) not as impressive as that first visit. The problem we had with this company is that, although we had hired this provider for monthly cleaning, she would not schedule an appointment monthly and show up unless I texted her once or twice first..then wait several days for a response. It was always up to me to get the ball rolling. Discussing this issue with Alicia helped only briefly...her last housecleaning service was the beginning of April, and she has not called or shown up since. We have had to look elsewhere for reliable housecleaning services.

She broke things and not wanting to fix it. She broke ceiling fan and two expensive vacuum cleaners and did not want to pay for it. When she break something she need to man up and pay for it. She should have paid it.

Alicia’s cleaning team did a great job at cleaning a gritty bathroom and kitchen.

Absolutely the best housekeeping service I've ever used! Alicia is so very sweet, professional and an extremely hard worker. This was a first time cleaning and my house was sparkling clean. The time was taken to scrub, polish and pay attention to detail. I highly recommend Alicia's Housekeeping!

Wonderful. She is the best of the best. It's just excellent. I'm going to continue to use her for the foreseeable future. It's great. There's nothing bad I can say. The whole service is good.

They did a great job for a reasonable price. They cleaned the counters, cabinets, floors, toilets sinks, and tub.

Alicia and staff are so professional. The work they do is beyond good. I cant be happier. They get in and out of the house quickly since she uses a crew.... The price is fair.... I highly recommend her!

Very impressed with their work! They did a deep clean on both my bathrooms and kitchen, and they cleaned very throughly - exceeded my expectations!! The shower and bathtub are even cleaner than when we first moved in. I was nervous with using a cleaning service as I am very picky, but try dos everything I would do, plus some, and way better than me! Highly recommend, and I thought the price was very reasonable.

I have had other cleaning services and was very unhappy with the
quality of the cleaning.  Alicia and two other employees cleaned my
house from top to bottom and when they were finished my house was as
clean as a new house would be.  They were here for 6 hours and cleaned
all the light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, floors, pictures and all
other regular house cleaning tasks.  I have never been so happy with a
house cleaning surface before.  Alicia likes to start the first cleaning as a
comprehensive cleaning..sort of starting out with a clean slate before
beginning bi-weekly cleaning. This is why they were here for so long and
why she charged me double my regular rate for bi-weekly cleaning. She
will be cleaning my house bi-weekly from now on!
