"Very honest engineer. He performed a mandatory seismic inspection that was required for the city of Hayward. There was no foundation issue whatsoever. Before Mr Padir did the inspection I had a retrofit company look at my building and they told me it would cost $58k to fix the problem and I almost fell for it. It turns out that one joist was rotten from a sewer leak that was repaired. It is hard to find honest people these days. I am so glad it is only a cosmetic fix and a sister joist installed next to it to relieve the pressure on the building. Thank you once again Mr. Padir. Excellent job and quick turnaround."

Removed and replaced all rotted wood of home structure and a fantastic job on placing a lifetime warranty on a brand new roof 1630 sq.ft. of it. All the way to the framing of the home. Then Andres removed built in planters attached to this home, replaced all rotted material and gave this home a brand new face look to the structure. Amazing Work and what a challenge the job was. Having now worked with Raul, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His labor costs are very reasonable. He demonstrated excellent work ethics. Once the job started, he worked to finish it. There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing.
