"My initial phone call was not returned, however I was persistent because of the great reviews on Angie's list.  I found out later that Salvador receives literally dozens of calls each day for services.  As a business person I know how hard it can be to return calls to so many inquiries.  I was very glad I didn't let that t**** my attitude.  
Salvador was on time for our estimate appointment. My property is very steep and other landscapers were less than enthusiastic about tackling the job.  He looked carefully and listened and gave me a verbal estimate.  He said he could start in about a week and a half which I was happy for.  He actually started sooner because some materials for another job would not be available for several days, so he began work on my place.  
The job at my house was very labor intensive as it is a half acre of fairly wild type terrain.  It was very overgrown and all work had to be done by hand.  Several truckloads were required to clear the debris from the property.  A large amount of inch and a half rock had to be spread and much of it carried in buckets uphill.
Salvador and his crew were very polite and respectful.
They were able to dig around and expose the old landscaping, and made it look new again, which really surprised me.  The rock was placed carefully and looked great.
I asked him for an estimate for trimming a tree which was not part of our original deal.  He ended up including it as well as a few other things at no additional cost.
I never did receive a written estimate from him, but Salvador was good for his word and went above and beyond.

"We purchased a 3800+ sq. /ft. house in Woodland Hills that had a very nice floor plan, but the house had too many issues because the previous person that lived there, abused and neglected it. The house needed to have a complete remodeling from floors to ceilings. Sadly enough, we had only 2 months before we needed to leave the other house and to move in to the new house. Our main problem was that because of the remodeling that we wanted to do, we didn't want to live in it. Adi and his crew agreed to take the house and work under this challenge to complete the main things such as the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replacing the floors, dining area and windows and they did a perfect job. During the first stage of the remodeling, they replaced the old floor, took out the old shower and tub in the master bathroom and rebuilt a large walk-in shower. They applied ledge stone around the kitchen island, create an access to the backyard from the master bedroom by removing a window and install French doors. - They replaced all the damaged baseboards and casings; - In the kitchen they removed the old style look and added heights and dimensions to the cabinets and building new ones where needed; - They refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house to a more modern cream; - Painted the entire house. Not only that Adi got the work done on time for us, he also did a great job and mainly was able to keep it within budget! I must mention that his estimate was competitive compare to the other contractors that we spoke with. Adi is a truly professional contractor. He's extremely knowledgeable; not only knows how to do the work, but he will also get in there and do it right along with his workers and subs. Everyone had a marvelous attitude and took time to answer our questions and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the results."
