There were at least three separate moments during the installation of the Sense electrical monitor where I felt like he had completed the work sufficiently, but he went back and redid it because he wasn't happy with the quality and felt it could be done better and felt compelled to do the best he could. It ended up taking him longer than he expected but he didn't feel it was fair to charge me extra for that time. Anthony was knowledgeable and conscientious.
