"We called Javier Carrillo, JC CLEANING SERVICE, to remove a satellite dish from the roof of a 2-story home. He removed a large metal frame and the dish, then he patched up the holes left by the dish installer. Finally, he hauled away both the dish and large metal frame. Javier did it all. We couldn’t be more happy. We are referring Javier to our neighbors out here at the HOA. Thank you, Javier."

"The quality of the work is excellent. The owner of the company and all the other workers are skilled and. professional. I needed a portion of the bathroom enlarged, and they were very efficient at moving a wall and making best use of the space available. The painters, plumbers, floor installers were very capable and tidy workers. AW construction had built a free-standing garage for me me a few years ago, and I will certainly use their service in the future. They were also very helpful with planning and suggestions. My house is over 50 years old, but they have been able to work around any difficulties in making it possible for me to keep features that I like."

"Response from this service pro was fast and excellent. I was contacted promptly and he and his wife came and completed the work going above and beyond what I hoped for. When something couldn't be repaired a workable alternative was found. They were thoughtful and polite and more than able to get the work done. I will work with them again. The only reason I did not give five stars was that after replacing and installing one new window blind they didn't take the old one for disposal but left it for me to do. Perhaps a small thing, but it would have helped."

Grab Bar Installation questions, answered by experts

Many security doors come with clear and easy-to-follow installation instructions. Some even include predrilled holes and mounting hardware, making the process smoother. If you're a handy DIY enthusiast, you might find it enjoyable to take on installing a security door.

However, if you're uncomfortable with DIY tasks or want to ensure a flawless installation, you can always seek the help of a local door installer. They have the expertise and experience to get the job done efficiently and correctly.

To make your gate safe, purchase a gate made from strong material such as wrought iron, stainless steel, or other metals. Ensure that the gate has strong joints and bars that are welded on rather than inserted loosely. If you’re concerned about people climbing over your gate, you can deter them by installing fence spikes along the top as an extra precaution.

It is worth it to install window bars for a few reasons. Security bars can slightly increase the value of your home in the eyes of security-conscious homebuyers, especially if you're living in an area with a higher crime rate. You may also qualify for lower homeowners insurance premiums by installing security measures like window bars.

Yes, burglar bars are highly effective at securing windows and deterring burglars. Intruders typically seek easy targets they can enter and exit quickly, so the presence of bars often convinces them to move on. If an attempt is made, the bars make the break-in more difficult, time-consuming, and likely to attract attention. Window security bars can withstand considerable force and are a relatively affordable, low-tech security solution that is easy for most homeowners to install. In addition to security, window bars also offer the benefit of protecting children and pets from accidental falls.

Digital door locks are just one part of a whole-house security system. You can also install indoor and outdoor security cameras, door and window sensors, motion detectors, smart lighting, and smoke, fire, and CO detectors.

Remember, every home layout is different, and landscaping and custom designs can impact which security system parts offer the best protection from crime. Speak with a professional to help you decide which combination works best for your home’s security.
