All American Moving and CleaningArrived on time, very courteous, took instructions and directions well, didn't waste any time--great work ethics! Was amazed at their ability to move our larger furniture pieces into rooms where the pathway wasn't an easy fit. There wasn't any damage to anything moved--not even a scratch! Hooked up our washer & dryer and did a better job than the Sear's servicemen when we originally bought the appliances. Grace Moving CoAbsolutely easy move (from California to Texas). The truck driver arrived right on time, on the day assigned, He and his movers got right to work. VERY professional, friendly hardworking gentlemen. When it turned out we didn't have all the boxes that they thought they did, the driver got on the phone with the owner of Grace, and the owner promply drove the wardrobe boxes over to our house, AND STAYED TO HELP THEM PACK! Once the driver (Charlie) left with our belongings, he stayed in touch by phone with us to let us know of his progress (he had several stops between California & Texas). He then delivered our belongs on the day he promised. We had the boxes well marked with the rooms they went in, and the movers put the boxes in the designated rooms, not just piled up in the garage, as the last movers did (NOT Grace). NOTHING was broken or damaged! And like clockwork, David followed up after the move to see if all went well. WOW we felt very valued by Grace!!! From beginning to end, this move was an incredibly positive experience because of the level of professionalism of Grace Moving. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants a trouble free, professional move.- Kristi W.

SIERRA STORAGEdont use this company!! this company is way too expensive and a rip off!! dont use the deal on the truck no matter how cheap it is because you will not get it for the whole amount of time frame u agreed.. they charge 3 different late fees!! REALLY WHY WOULD ANY COMPANY NEED TO CHARGE 3 DIFFERENT LATE FEES!! one late fee should be just enough.. right?? and if u cant afford to pay there expensive prices it will go to auction list and they cahrge a total of $135.00 extra bucks on top of everything else u owe for: *advertising *cut off lock *inventory *auction fees and a few other things totalling $135 please dont use them its a rip off and they are expensive go a bit more further to darrels they charge $65 for their 10x10 theres we have it in is a 10x 13 or 10x 15 one of the 2 and there charging $125 a month for that size plus 3 late fees and if it goes to auction another rip off prices totalling $135 extra on top of everything else u owe.- amy b.

Alex and his team were incredibly efficient, skilled and kind. The move from a 1.5 bedroom to a 2 bedroom across the Bay took 10 hours but went really well. Three movers accomplished it all with skill and grace. They had to descend 27 stairs just to get to the front door of my new home and they operated their dollies like complete pros. They were amazing. I'm so grateful it was them moving all my things and not me! Well worth every cent.

Went beautifully. On time every time. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. The leader, Danny, pointed out the damages as they occurred and believe me it was minimal. A first for us in our 20+ moves. Piano was moved without problems. They carefully disassembled the exercise equipment, electronics,computer equipment and carefully packed them. They reassembled the exercise equipment and tested it on delivery. They carefully moved the washer and dryer without denting the thin front! Wow! They marked all boxes accurately and mixed room contents very little. They were very caring people as I had to take my wife to emergency room shortly after they got to work. At first I was uneasy leaving but they proved to be trustworthy and very caring. There were no problems leaving them for that six hours. All was not perfect, it never is. Other than a few minor dings I can count on one hand the only other issue was they were unable to reattach the dryer vent and move it into its final location. I had to finish it myself. It required a new vent hose. It became apparent at the start that the two 26’ trucks would not contain everything. Christy had no problems getting a third truck and crew on site the next morning. There was no delay to the original timeline, only the extra charge for the truck and crew. But she did give us a discount on it. They moved live plants, a first in our moves. All in all the best move ever. They made a very stressful time a little less so.

We didn’t want to gamble with any other company in the security space besides ADT. We have always heard that their monitoring capability is top notch and that their alarm products are reliable. The flat screen control panel looks fancy on our entry wall and can tell us immediately if a sensor has been tripped or if a camera has detected someone outside.

All the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
