Best patio cover pros near Chino, CA

"the estimator came out and though he was super brusque with me, his professionalism otherwise and his price got me to commit to his company above another company (and estimator) i personally liked much more. he was very thorough with the sizing of the awnings and made copious notes, so i felt comfortable that superior awnings would do a great job. unfortunately, the guys they sent to install the awnings were absolute lunkheads. they brought with them the prefabricated awnings (frames and canvas) which should have been easy to install after installing a couple, then had to actually move them - and the ginormous bolts that were in the side of the building! - because they didn't pay attention to the height of each one. they were completely off height of each other. they then asked ME which awning went on which window (and to measure them!) and even told me they didn't have paperwork to show where each one went. i couldn't believe this so i asked to see ALL of the paperwork they had and then found where the company HAD sent the paperwork of which one went where... they literally didn't understand north/south/east/west as printed on the page - and didn't think to just ask me that! the worst part though, is that they installed them incorrectly. the canvas wasn't taught so there were unsightly wrinkles in many areas, and the frames were even bent. a few days later, the company sent out another more experienced installer who actually badmouthed the first guys (understandably - they were idiots and made the company look bad, not to mention lose money sending out another team) who at least was proficient at his job. he smoothed out the wrinkles and tied the frames the best he could, but still - we know that we have moved and bent frames up on our structure. overall, i'd skip this company to just save a few hundred bucks."

"We purchased our motorized awning from Accent Awning Company in late 2018. The 2-man installation team they sent out did an excellent job. They quickly and efficiently installed the awning in a couple of hours, placing the inside control switch and exterior connections exactly where we requested to facilitate our planned future electrical needs outside. The control lets us extend or retract or stop the awning anywhere in between with ease. From the day it was installed, it has performed flawlessly, and it continues to do so. We don’t extend it every day, but we do extend it most days. The extension and retractions motion is nearly silent; you have to listen closely to hear it. We enjoy the awning and recommend Accent Awning Company as a supplier and installer. We would certainly buy from them again if the opportunity arises."

"I used the Awning Company for fixed window drop
shades.  From the initial quote, home consultation, to installation, they
did a fantastic job and the shades look and operate great.  My wife and I
are glad we contacted them.  Great job, would recommend others to give
them a call.  Thank you,

"

"Jason and his entire staff were amazing! The work was exceptional, and the customer service was outstanding. We are extremely pleased with the look, function and workmanship of our completed project. We highly recommend All American Patios."

"This company did an excellent job for me. They replaced Awning covers. I have no complaints with the workmanship. Although they were very slow getting my warranty paperwork to me."

"I can?t recommend Liberty Home Products enough! From the sales team to the installation crew, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Adam, Creek, Oscar, and Jose went above and beyond to handle a tricky install with care and precision. I couldn?t be happier with my new awning and will absolutely recommend Liberty Home Products to my friends and family!"

"Jeff Goldman is to home patios as Pavarotti is to opera. He is an artist that is unique in this industry. In need of a new deck, I called three different contractors. One never returned my call. One came out and showed me what I considered to be inferior materials for the project. The last contractor to come out was Jeff. Not only was he on time, but he came prepared. Samples of nearly component that go into a patio cover. Prices. Ideas: originally, we were going to just replace the deck. But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would in effect increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built. Jeff?s crew is polite, and they leave a clean worksite at the end of the day. Jeff is involved in every stage of the process, and we had a final ?walk-through inspection? prior to final payment. Jeff knows this business thoroughly (it is a family business), and it is clear that he enjoys what he does. He has a showroom in Tustin that is worth going to for ideas. Patios by B&B receives my highest rating. If you need a patio, deck, or anything patio related, Jeff should be your first contact."

"The patio cover was installed without any major hiccups. It was installed as designed. The pricing was very competitive. However, the installer made some minor mistakes. When these mistakes were brought to the attention of the company owner, the mistakes were corrected and a courtesy refund issued for any inconveniences caused. I would use PatioCrew again and recommend them to friends and colleagues.

"Mike from All Gutter Cleaning and Patio Cover just completed my Alumawood lattice patio cover and it looks great! Mike had great communication throughout the estimate and construction process and provided a high quality product for a good value. I would highly recommend Mike if you are thinking of installing or replacing a patio cover. Thanks!"

"Yemil and his team are rockstars!! In a day and age where the concept of excellent customer service is nearly extinct, Grand Canyon Patios renewed my faith that there are still companies out there who care about their customers and the service they provide. Someone else started the install on my cover and I quickly realized it was not going to turn out the way I wanted. Enter Yemil and his team who went above and beyond to ensure my patio cover was installed exactly the way I wanted and all in less than 4 days. Do yourself a favor and look no further. I guarantee youâ ll be glad you did!!"
