"I wanted to remodel a bit in my laundry room, and Noeh did a great job. I'm really happy with the result. He put in a small cabinet, a floating storage shelf and hanger bar, as well as some moulding and paneling on the walls. Noeh was easy to work with, understood what I wanted to accomplish and had fair and reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend him for projects like this!"

Grab Bar Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, by reinforcing hinges and latches to prevent unauthorized entry.

To make your gate safe, purchase a gate made from strong material such as wrought iron, stainless steel, or other metals. Ensure that the gate has strong joints and bars that are welded on rather than inserted loosely. If you’re concerned about people climbing over your gate, you can deter them by installing fence spikes along the top as an extra precaution.

It is legal to put bars on windows in most places, but it depends on the type of bars you choose and the regulations in your area. For example, there are building codes in Mississippi, California, and Texas that forbid the use of permanently closed burglar bars on windows due to concerns about people getting trapped inside during fires.

There are ample home security options available today outside of just window bars. Depending on your location, home’s layout, and needs, one or more types of home security systems may be necessary. You could consider doorbell cameras, motion-sensor flood lights, or window and door sensors. And in some cases, you may qualify for homeowners insurance discounts when you install one or more.

It is worth it to install window bars for a few reasons. Security bars can slightly increase the value of your home in the eyes of security-conscious homebuyers, especially if you're living in an area with a higher crime rate. You may also qualify for lower homeowners insurance premiums by installing security measures like window bars.
