"The worker called before the appointed time to say he was going to be late and when he would be there, which he arrived at the time he said. He is very polite and explained what he was doing and why and was very clear. He was very accommodating. The service performed wasn't on your list, I put in the closest that the job came to. The business is a Dryer Vent cleaner, he cleaned out the dryer lint exhauset and the pipe that went out to the roof."
