Clean Master Service cleaned my house on June 21 of this year. It was a one time angie list
cleaning, like Spring Cleaning, for which I was charged a flat fee of $350. I had a written contract covering what work would be done. I had to pay one-half in advance, with a stipulation of NO Refund!
The cleaning women arrived on time, and seemed to work hard while they were here.
However, they left before finishing the contracted work. Some of my floors were not washed, baseboards not cleaned, furniture not polished, formica covered tables were polished, etc.
It turned out I was paying them $43 per hour per person. PLEASE do not be as stupid as I was and pay almost $20 per hour more an hour for cleaning than everyone else in the local industry charges.
I must add that my house was picked up and ready to be cleaned. I have only been incapacitated for two months, so the house was NOT unduly dirty.
The company estimator completely misjudged the job and time needed to complete; it was a standard contract and they did not do what they had contracted to do.
My advice is DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
