I have heard from friends that contractors left them in the lurch for months while sorting things out and waiting for other jobs to be completed. This was definitely not the case. Our entire job from the first phone call to finish was completed in less than three weeks (including our week long trip out of town) by this awesome team. These guys are probably not the cheapest, and if that is your priority please take into consideration the following. Change orders were handled without any drama and two punch list items (microwave installation and cabinet/drawer pulls) were both completed without additional cost. "Clean cut stone did an excellent job with our countertop installation. we interviewed 3 contractors before going with clean cut. Their price was competitive with the other two, but their communication and follow through set them apart . They were also able to measure, fabricate and install with outstanding quality, all within a few days. Others told us it would take two weeks. I am an architect and this was an installation for my own home, so i was vey particular about the details. Moshe came out to measure and then put me in contact with David to answer some follow up questions that I had. David was detail oriented and answered all of my questions and was willing to work back and forth with me via phone and text to resolve details and scheduling. Ken and team installed kitchen tile and granite countertop two years ago and was so terrific that I called again when we were interested in removing 20 year old fake fireplace surround and old ugly. We replaced with a piece of reclaimed wood- sanded and stained and ordered same tile as our new kitchen Excellent!! Will be calling Ken again when we are ready to remodel our two bathrooms!"

"Exceptional service. Steve Andrade (Empire Dry Tech) called 24 hours prior to confirm the appointment. He arrive a few minutes early with an assistent. They covered nearly the entire kitchen in plastic sheeting and went to work. The marble countertops came out beautiful They even did the subway tile backsplash. His work was meticulous. The kitchen was left spotless. They were both friendly, helpful and professional. I will be sure to have him back and recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. He does any kind of countertop or flooring and more."

"O & M Construction was just fine. My experience with them was really good. The only problem I had with them was the foreman would leave to pick up parts or something and be gone a long time. The story I got was their supplier was in Los Angeles. Well, some of the parts, some of the things that they needed to pick up, you could get at Home Depot or any other hardware store. But what I found out, and they told me this on the last day of their job, was that the foreman had two or three crews working around the area that he had to supervise. I kind of understood that. I can tell you this, when he left, the guys were not standing around. They kept working hard. We have already talked to Tony and I've alluded to the fact that he will probably be the one who would come back to paint the house and put some new countertops in the kitchen."
