These guys are the absolute worst. We've had the same plumbing issues FOR 8 MONTHS. They keep sending plumbers that take the $75 "service" fee and never come back. This process has to continue until they literally send every plumber they can find, and they look far and wide. What I mean is you can never get authorization to get your own plumber. But you have to pay their plumbers for showing up, regardless of what they do, which is never anything of course. AHS promises that if they can't find someone suitable "within the appropriate timeframe" that you can get authorization to find your own plumber. But that's not what happens. They will continue to send even the same plumber, even if they were combative or admitted that they were just there for the service fee and have no intention of doing the job. Both things happened to us. They don't have a process to note who didn't work and was just a scam. In fact they have so little information that they even confirmed an appointment from a company that's no longer in business. They have no idea what they're doing. For every no-show or show-take-cash-disappear, the process takes an entire week. Nothing is automatic. Every single disappointment requires a phone call that can easily last an hour. If you call too soon after a fiasco, you're told you have to call back later. If you call too many days later, that's a brand-new work order. If you want to speak to a manager, good luck. And that's how I've gone weeks and weeks stretching into months and months without getting anything done. I've paid $957 over the past 8 months for this useless and frustrating service.

The yearly premium is $500. It includes replacement of appliances, air conditioning, heating and plumbing. I am not very happy with them and I would not refer them. The price was okay; it was competitive.The quality was pretty good.

It took along time to for them to figure out what was wrong. They waited a couple of weeks to respond to us. My warranty covered my AC. So, I did not have to pay out pocket for that. I would not use them again in the future.
