However, during a technician's visit to take measurements, we were informed that they would be unable to provide what was initially contracted & that it was backordered. Given the multiple red flags, vague and shifting details regarding design and timelines, and their ultimate inability to deliver the agreed-upon product, we chose to cancel the order. Importantly, this cancellation occurred before any fabrication or manufacturing began. Despite this, Mulholland Brand withheld $1,200 from our reimbursement without any prior notice or clear justification. Perhaps this practice of retaining fees was simply because a technician came to take measurements?ironically, the visit that confirmed they couldn't fulfill the original product in our agreement. Stay away Unethical business practices.. "
