On the way out, talked to him about concerns with a water feature in the courtyard. He recommended a fix at a competitive rate... and we already have him scheduled to come back and do the work on that water feature. Could not be happier with the results so far!"

He arrived on time and pulled the top part of the fountain off. He went to the store to purchase the necessary parts. The fountain was fixed the same day and works much better than it did before. "On the day of service I got a call from Rupendra (?) he had been in an accident and couldn't make it. First thing I thought was what an excuse. Seconds later a photo came showing the wrecked truck on a flatbed tow truck. I was so ashamed of myself. He offered to come the next day, but I needed it a couple of days later. On the follow-up day they were there right on time at the end of the day. The job was done and cleaned up nicely. I was so impressed I told them I wanted to setup a lawn service. I’m happier with a small company that keeps their word than a large fancy one that can’t seem to keep theirs… Being the end of the day I knew they guys were tired so I gave them some fresh muffins to hold them over until they got home.
