"The young ladies were quiet, pleasant, spoke english and worked diligently. .... No blabbing on the phone or to each other.... They use the correct products for each surface. I haven't been able to find a cleaning service which did such a thorough job until now. I will say that when my husband walked in, he immediately noticed that a large portion of the top grand piano had been missed. In their defense, when the light is a certain way, it can be difficult to see what was dusted and what wasn't on that piano. I am extremely fastidious and was more concerned with kitchen, bathrooms, floors etc. A soft cloth is kept in the piano seat to easily swipe it. The rest of the cleaning is not so easy to do!
