"This is updated review post is to correct grammatical errors in my prior post: Well, what does one say when a diamond is found. As far as a painting professional, Joe Asaro is that diamond. Several years ago, Joe painted the stucco and wood trim on our entire home. The paint has held up incredibly on both the stucco walls and the wood wood fascia and eaves and I would not even considered touch up painting as necessary if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. Joe is hard working and honest and the quality of work he provides is "top notch" and proven by the lasting of time. "The painters were excellent workers.  They showed up on time and spent approximately 3 days from start to finish.  They did an excellent job of cleaning up the paint chips and droppings from a wood roof overhang that had not been painted for years.  All of their work was excellent.  Although not part of the bid, they even repaired a small problematic area near the roof and painted it.  If I need another painting project, this is the company I'm going to call."

"Good experience from start to finish! Michael, the owner of this CertaPro location, responded very promptly to my request to at the house that we were buying. He showed up on time, and we discussed the scope of work, items that I wanted particular attention paid to, as well as our options were with regard to paint & detail finishing. Overall, it was a very helpful and educational meeting for me. The painting team showed up as scheduled, did the prep work (pressure wash, etc.), recaulking of fascia boards, stucco crack & hole patching, then left to let everything dry. They returned over the next several days and methodically worked on the house section-by-section. They kept us apprised of their progress and plans for each upcoming step, encourage us to take walk around the house and evaluate everything with a critical eye, and answered any questions that we had based on what their experience has shown (which is very useful since they've seen & painted hundreds of home, I can count my house painting experiences on a small portion of one hand.) When they were finished with the project , they cleaned up everything - there was no trace of them having been there, beyond a nicely painted home."

"I am very pleased with the work that was done on my home. Palm construction took on two renovations projects at my house. Other companies weren’t willing to entertain the simultaneous projects. They were even able to start ahead of schedule. My bathroom fixtures were moved around to function better, give me more space, and the space was fully renovated. I am in love with the tile work that they did. In my kitchen they were able to change the layout, to give me the open concept I wanted. I was able to switch from electric to a gas range and the cabinetry that was installed is beautiful/high quality. The entire process was virtually stress free with the communications and updates I was given. All the timelines were met and exceeded.
