Dishonest bidding process. Grossly overestimate labor (2-4 days) and underestimated required material. Finished in less than a day and more or less laughed when asked why estimated so much extra labor.

"Your feedback is much appreciated. We sent two installers to expedite the completion of the job. It was completed in 2 man days. As for the additional areas you requested my installers hang, this was not included in the proposal, so additional material was not figured into the proposed quantity. We even have our paperwork signed that it was completed to your satisfaction. If you still have any issues, please call our office at (949) 493-1300 and we will do what we can to make sure you are satisfied."

Install beadboard /wainscot and painting was good. Wallpapering was beyond our belief since we provided vinyl wallpaper and was 54 inch wide and it was installed horizontally on 3 walls - great. Very happy with entire job.

David arrived on time, and I had very little "extra" paper and he worked his magic and made it work. I also had grass cloth and he overlapped and cut the seams, for a perfect finish. Great job!!
