"I spoke with Al on the phone to give him a scope of work needed. He set an appointment to meet at the property to give me a quote, which allowed me to show him specific work ahead of time. We set an appointment for cleaning and the had two housekeepers clean the unit. He also spent some time doing some of the work himself, mainly shining and oiling the wood floors. They did a wonderful job. They did specific cleaning that the pending tenant requested. When they were done, but place just shined, and smelled good too! I would definitely use Al's company again, and HIGHLY recommend it."
