"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. His crew was very thorough taping and covering everything prior to painting. They even discovered termite damage in a wall and repaired it. They took all of the kitchen cabinets out and sandpapered them prior to painting. We were very pleased with the quality of work they did throughout the entire house.
