There was great care taken during the project on communication regarding the installations, and leaving the site as undisturbed as possible (clean) and with respect to property rules. (Condo). The fixtures and materials offered were all top quality and brands. Project oversight and city permits were all handled by the project manager. A very high level of communication and attention to detail were provided throughout the project. My spouse and I are very happy with the results, and this is added tremendously to the value of the property. Avi is also a lovely person with whom to work -- very even-tempered and calm, bringing integrity to his work, and always willing to look for a beautiful solution. Additionally, those who work with Avi are attentive and helpful. We had a problem fitting the insta-hot water dispenser under the sink, because we'd also gotten a large garbage disposal. With good humor and great ideas, we worked with the plumber to make it fit well. We also wanted under-counter lighting and I knew my husband would want a dimmer, even though that is an unusual request. No problem! It is done and we love it. I want to mention that while the remodel was in progress my husband became hospitalized, adding a great deal of stress to my life.
