"The man who fixed my stained glass piece was Chris. He was very prompt in getting back to me after I initially contacted him. He was very polite and had it fixed very quickly. The quality of work was excellent! Great man and very good at what he does for sure. Would definitely ask for his business again! :0)-"
"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."
"My doors did not have a molding piece that held the glass in, it was a solid door surrounding the glass..so they had to cut into the door, to replace the glass. They had to improvise on the molding pieces which took an extra two days to complete. After it was completed I was happy to see that the door looks great and I can see out of my new glass...no more hazy views out my windows!! Alex and his crew were very knowledgeable, and courteous. They reassured me that the outcome of my door would be great, even though I had some doubts during the job....I found Alex to be honest, empathetic and eager to do the job right the first time and to make his customers happy. Thank you! "
"Chris is a hard worker who does quality work. He worked through the Holiday weekend. He replaced all the windows the first day and came back the next day to finish all the trim work. They were vinyl replacements for old aluminum windows. This is the second time we hired him. He replaced two large sliding glass doors for us 5 years ago, so not only would I hire him again but I did hire him again. We received 2 other quotes and Chris came in the lowest by far. He's basically a one man show which I think allows him to keep his overhead low and the savings is passed on to the customer. He uses Milgard windows and they look and work great. We looked at other products and the Milgard looked to be as good as any other. No regrets."
"The service went well. They tore off the rain gutters and fixed some other things. They did a good job prepping. The owner came out and was friendly and courteous. He explained things well. It took two and a half days to paint. They do good work. They are fairly quick and good to work with."
"Jose did a good job replacing my glass at my business he also does plexi which works well! Also if you ever need a Board up he will help. Thanks again Jose!"

"Chris came to give me an estimate but when he saw I had already had the vanities and basins installed and on,y needed tiling on the floor, it was clear I did not need a bathroom remodel."
"We did not do this deal because my house had a second story. I received a refund from Angie's List. They need to be more clear up front on what their deal offers."
"Pretty good. The installers showed up without one of the doors and had to wait around almost all day for someone to bring it out to them. Also forgot the keylock and screen and had to reorder those."

Glass block windows aren’t fire hazards; fire-rated glass block windows can increase your home’s fire safety. Modern glass blocks are made with materials that can resist high temperatures and prevent fire spread. Most offer a 45-minute fire rating, while some increase it to two hours. Compared to the typical 20 to 90 minute rating for a double-pane window, glass block can increase your home’s safety in the event of a fire.
Luckily, glass block windows need minimal maintenance. Other than regular cleaning, the only maintenance involved in having a glass block window is inspecting for cracks every year and applying sealer to the mortar joints if the blocks are set in masonry mortar. Glass block windows hold up well against wind and moisture better than traditional windows and are not prone to rot.
Glass walls are more expensive overall than their brick or drywall counterparts. However, if you need walls for a building with more than two or three stories, glass walls are the more budget-friendly option.
