Torres Glass was recommended. I called, and a rep came within a couple of days. He gave me a quote. A week later, I called the office to see when someone was going to come work on my window. He had forgotten about me. He said that he was busy at the moment and that he would call me back within half an hour..Has not called yet. I mentioned this to the persons that recommended TORRES. They said that the same thing happened to another couple recently. If they were having problems with scheduling, they could have mentioned it. My schedule is flexible.
