Magna Glass and Window Inc

Magna Glass replaced all my windows two years ago and the installation was flawless. We met with Paul and he guided us on the best window selection for our front windows and gave us a very competitive proposal. I called Paul three weeks ago to install glass fronts for four cabinet doors and install a bathroom wall mirror. The initial installation was a bit bumpy however, Paul was onsite immediately and addressed a few minor issues I had. Magna Glass's customer service is above and beyond and I cannot say enough about this company. Thank you Paul and Thank you Magna Glass.

The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job including clean-up.

Excellent. Trevor came out right away and took the piece that needed to be repaired back with him and didn't charge for that. He was able to get a replacement piece and only then did he charge for that piece and the installation. Highly recommend. Very responsive and courteous!

The installer was fast and on time. they did good work and would recommend to those who need windows in the desert area...they do good work.

The call to Magna went well, they were very nice on the phone and it was easy to schedule.  
The team did not know exactly what was the issue, but they knew it was a broken shower door.  When they arrived, the listened to me, made the diagnosis and let me know the cost and what would be needed for the repair.
They even did some additional work to make it better without me asking.  They just wanted to make it right.
Was quick and painless and they did a great job.  
Highly recommended.

The glass door on the shower was not closing properly.  Paul was very responsive and arrived on schedule.  He fixed the shower door, insuring that it closed correctly.  I asked him about a couple of additional things.  So, checked another shower door and adjusted that one.  Also, he put a sliding screen door back on the track and adjust it.  The price was less than his quote of $75.00.

They took longer than usual putting them in, but they did a great job. I am satisfied with their work.

Vicky in the office was very nice during the whole experience.The window for replaced very quickly almost to quick. Let me explain.There was a misunderstanding and the window was replaced WITHOUT an estimate provided first. I would have preferred an estimate first to review and compare the charges with other companies which did not happen. I also wanted a photo taken a before and after of the job because this is a vacation home and we don't go there often this also did not happen.When asked if they would mind going back to take a photo a man in the office I heard sayingand quot;I'm not going there it's far and the price of gasand quot;.Overall I'm happy It's done but not thrilled how they went about doing the job.

Magna Glass COO Paul responded to my request for a quote on Tuesday the 11th of December. He met me at my house early on Wednesday the 12th, called me a couple of hours later with a very reasonable quote, and said that it should be in by Friday or Monday.
When the specialty glass came in on Thursday 12/13, ahead of schedule, they called and sent over a technician to replace the broken shower door that day. We were so pleased with the quality of the work! The price seemed very reasonable, and the speed and quality were excellent.

They were absolutely fabulous. We had a huge window broken by the gardener and they came out immediately to fix it but they couldn't install it because the door itself had to be replaced. We had contacted several others as well but they also told the same thing. The owner of this company was so kind that he charged very little for this. I would highly recommend them to others. We didn't really spend anything for that and he also offered us a bag of coffee. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again n the future.

I felt the price as very good for the service. They were fairly quick in taking care of the problem. I'm selling the house and need everything to be in perfect condition. They were fast, efficient, and the installer (Josh I believe) was quite charming!

The installers for Magna Glass showed up on time. They did a great job removing the old shower door, cleaning and preparing, and installing the new door. I'm very happy with the professional job they did. and the reasonable price.
