"We hired this cleaning company to help us with an Airbnb cleaning turnover. They did a great job! They called us right away and gave us a very fair estimate. They were able to clean our 2 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms in a few hours. They were professional and friendly over the phone. We would hire them again and recommend them to others. We seriously have hired so many different cleaning companies over the years and this one was such a pleasure to deal with and stand out among the rest"

"MarÃa has been cleaning our house for 14 years, she great! In the beginning she even watched my baby and cooked for us when I was down with my chronic illness. She has also helped with deep cleanings as well. She is trustworthy, consistent, accommodating and she communicates well. I absolutely recommend her."

"My husband and I were very happy with the work of Greg Farmer of Cal Property Pros LLC and highly recommend their services. Like many other Elk Grove homeowners, we recently received notice from our homeowner's insurance company that we were at risk of being dropped from coverage due to moss and algae growth on our tile roof. We have been in our home for nearly 30 years. Never before had this been an issue, and frankly, it didn't seem that severe to us. We considered cleaning the roof ourselves. However, after considering options and quotes from several businesses, we decided that we wanted a professional to do the work so that the cleaning would be resolved safely, expeditiously, and thoroughly enough to satisfy our insurance company. We chose Greg Farmer and Cal Property Pros LLC because they are a local, small business, competitively priced, and to be honest, we liked Greg. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain his services and make a recommendation based on our respective needs. We went with his roof Steam Cleaning service. As hoped, he was able to do the work quickly and thoroughly. He even took before and after pictures for our insurance company as well as managed to repair a loose tile. Although initially we didn't think our roof looked risky or dangerous, after Greg showed us the before/after photos, we could see a significant difference. -Alexandra Tamaki"

"Professional staff, quality work, and great communication. A trusted cleaning partner."

The average cost to hire a house cleaner is between $30 and $50 per hour. Costs vary depending on house size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you want. Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.
The average cost of a professional upholstery cleaning is around $175, ranging between $75 and $350. There are many cost factors to consider, including the furniture type, size, and material. Certain types of upholstery necessitate dry cleaning products or more intensive cleaning, which are more expensive. You can expect to pay $200 to $500 to clean leather and suede couches, while loveseats are less expensive at $60 to $120. Silk and leather are the most expensive materials to clean, and wool, cotton, and polyester are the least expensive.
It might be possible to wash your couch upholstery, but we don’t recommend it. Couches labeled with a “W” or “W/S” on the tag might be okay to wash gently with a couch cleaner or a homemade couch cleaning solution, but you have to be very careful not to get the padding underneath wet, as it will deteriorate and potentially ruin your couch. You should hire a professional upholstery cleaner to guarantee a safe, deep clean for your favorite furniture items.
The average house cleaner cost is around $180, which should cover about four hours of work. However, each project is different and costs can range from $100 to $1,000, depending on the house size and the cleaning needed. Other cost factors can include your location and what level of cleaning you want. Standard or basic cleaning may include vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting the kitchen and bathrooms. Deep cleaning costs about twice as much and often includes cleaning behind and underneath furniture, washing windows, and polishing hard-to-clean surfaces. Emergency cleaning, extreme cleaning, and holidays also impact pricing. Move-in and move-out cleaning typically cost more, too, because of the extensive, whole-house cleaning involved.
Although tipping is not a requirement, many people tip house cleaners around 10% to 15% of the final cleaning cost. Some people tip as much as 20% or more, but it’s up to your discretion. Rather than tipping each cleaning session, you can also tip monthly or give the house cleaner a holiday bonus. There are no rules for tipping, but if your house cleaner did a great job it’s encouraged.
