"After calling several companies, I decided to choose this one because they were the only ones who explained everything in detail which included making me aware that our roof had multiple layers and these layers needed to be addressed with 2 x4 so it would drain correctly. The colors also matched better to the color of the house and trimming. The company made me aware that they were busy and when the next appointment was available. Within a few days, I had compared quotes and sent the quote signed to accept the work. I received the called the next day and scheduled the appointment. Then they called me to reschedule very early that day because it was raining massively and could be dangerous. I agreed and had the work done at the end of the week. 2 men came over and did all the work very well. They painted the 2 x 4 to the color of the trim and the gutters were installed correctly. No gaps, no leaks, no weird corners or nails lose. The gutters are working well, and my husband and I are extremely happy. <br />show more

"We had a 29 year old skimmer in our pool, which developed a leak that slowly got worse and worse, and the time finally came to replace the skimmer. We were told about Leakfinders by our pool care chap, and a local pool supply store, and had Mike come check-out the situation. We knew it would have to be done at some point, and a couple of months later it suddenly got worse quickly, and we were bale to schedule with Mike for the following week. Frankie did the job, and we couldn't be happier. It was in the top three of insanely-tough skimmer replacements he's ever done, and that week it was 110° so we kept offering him water and he never missed a beat. We've also had problems with movement in our pool deck, so our tile was bit of a mess in places and especially around the old skimmer. All I could find were several once-used pieces of the original deck tiles, that were covered with old Thinset on the back, but when Frankie was done the decking tiles around the new skimmer looked brand new and better than any other tile section in the yard.show more

"I rarely ever write a review but now I have to take the time. Erick Allen is an exceptional human being and it showed consistently as we worked with him. He returned phone calls and texts in a timely manner, always showed up when he said he would and let us know if there were any time changes. Erick explained everything from design, new ideas, materials, estimates and helped us learn the directions to use the Ring system with patience of a saint.
