"On 9/2/2020 I met with several electricians who were not being honest with their quotes. They were taking one quick look during the estimate, then throwing numbers at me. But not Francis. He took notes with his partner and sent me the estimate that evening. Francis was very professional, honest, and did a quick clean job.
