"Fernando was so polite and professional when he came to first look at the house. The job was exterior painting, so we walked around the house and chatted while he took notes on the condition. Later that day he emailed the quote - no pressure at all. The other companies that came tried to get me to commit and give them a downpayment on the spot, even though I had told them ahead of time that I would have to review them all first. The main workers were Nacho and Gabriel, and there were a couple more on some days. Nacho was the main one I worked with, and he was very polite and friendly just like Fernando. They did a ton of prep work, including re-caulking, fixing bad wood, sealing minor cracks in the stucco, etc. They painted the entire exterior including our front door and two side doors, and everything was excellent. Our next-door and across-the-street neighbors watched the work and both asked Fernando to give them quotes! I was very pleased and satisfied."

Quality products and excellent color matching to my very exacting requirements. An experienced crew of professional painters and a master carpenter arrived everyday on time and left a clean job site at days end. They were very personable and easy to work with. The siding on one side of my home needed to be replaced as a result of decades of sun, salt air, and being battered by winter storms for decades. The new work blends flawlessly with the old! "I found Melvin by chance after looking for several contractors to paint our townhome (prices were outrageous, between 17k-35k) to paint a 1800sq ft place with very high ceilings in places. Painting was very reasonable at about $9500 plus materials (at about $3000). Their quality of work patching holes big and small, making cracks on the wall look like it never happened, and their attention to detail was unmatched while painting baseboards, door trims, walls and ALL our cabinetry (bathrooms and kitchen). Melvin is a perfectionist! I have never been able to say that about any painter. I know that if you are reading this it will be hard for you to grasp how great this company is. But let me give you peace of mind: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THEY HAVE LOADS of pictures of their work for reference. They also have the most awesome handyman (Josue) and the counter top guy (Marvin).. he was incredible and very skilled at refinishing 3 bathroom counter tops. They are very organized and clean up after themselves. I truly feel that I was the luckiest person to have found them and they turn my home into an absolute gem 💎. Please give them a chance.
