Charged me $185 to hook up a dryer and then didn't even do it correctly. Not only can't I use the dryer, but now can't use my washer either because when I turn on the water it shoots everywhere. He promised that the steam connection was properly hooked up - it wasn't even close. Every day for a week he promised to come by and fix it. Every day he was a no show - no call - no text - no excuses. He just didn't get around to it and now I can't do any laundry. Steer clear of this scammer!"
