"Kyle's team, Arturo and Alex, did a great job on my renovation projects. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Every afternoon they would clean up their work areas - they actually looked better than they did before they started. The timeline that Kyle provided when he did his bid was very accurate - about 5 working days. The only downside was trying to get work scheduled during a pandemic. I had delays getting my new vanity and sink delivered, and had to delay the start. Then, when I was ready, Kyle had other jobs scheduled, so we didn't get started for almost 2 months."

"I have hired Jose for 3 different projects over the last year and a half. I knew I would rehire after the first project. So far he and his team have remodeled 2 bedrooms including building a built in desk and 3 drawer cabinet, installed wood flooring, built cabinets in closet, built wall to wall bookshelves, installed 2 new doors, replaced a window with glass block, exterior stucco, drywalled entire garage with new electrical, remodeled 2 bathrooms foundation up including new copper plumbing new sewer drains, new sub flooring, tile floors and walls, sinks, cabinets, showers, all fixtures and painting. he is very professional ,takes all covid precautions, is on time, works all day and then some, finishes when he says it will be done and at the price he quoted. I will hire him for all my construction projects and highly recommend him to anyone!"

"Got an email response to my inquiry through Angie's list asking me to call John. Spoke to John on the phone regarding a master bathroom remodel. He was very up front asking me for the size of my home and letting me know the project was too small and did not meet his minimum of $10,000 in labor & I believe $5,000 to $6,000 in hard costs.
It's really too bad these things were not stated on his Angie's listing, his website and his Yelp review. I took a lot of time investigating his business before I contacted John which was a waste of my time only to be told I was basically wasting his time.

They helped build a 2 bed 1 bath 600sqft addition to our home during the lean months over the pandemic. "We hired Ben and his team to do a full remodel of a 1940 bungalow in Burbank. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and even after the house was finished, he remained available for questions. Our house isn't a multimillion dollar compound, but Ben and his team treated it like one within our budget. Our remodel had a lot of ups and downs, but through it all he was a great guy and I'm happy to call him a friend even years after the work is done. Highly recommend!"
