"Ray was very responsive and professional since my first contact with him. He came out early the next day to diagnose my broken AC and walked me through the testing stages and explained what he was doing, how it works, and why. He tried several methods to get the system up and running but ultimately, we had to replace the old unit. Since we were in a 100 degree heatwave, Ray was mindful of our situation and came early the next day to install the new unit within an hour. Very fortunate to have a seasoned professional like Ray to help us amidst the heat and Covid. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for central AC work."
