WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Plumber showed up at 10am ~ then left for the rest of the day ~ came back at 5:45 "in the dark" ~ with a young 13 year old bot ~ broke my back step ~ when taking out the old water heater ~ still NO HOT WATER ~ I had no hot water for 3 days prior! Toatal of 6 days NO HOT...

It was done as promised.I had checked out the different brands and this band has a good rating. What sold them is it was the best price for heating with air. We were replacing a propane heater and the air was basicly a bonus.
