HIGH DESERT REFRIGERATION

My wife had them put in a Master Cool swamp cooler and a heater in 2008. Like clockwork she had them service the cooler and heater each year in the spring and the fall. In 2010 I started going up with the guys and checking out the cooler when they were working on it. It seemed like it was a little banged up. After they would do the spring set up of the cooler I would have to call them back because the cooler was leaking. They came back and had to replace the whole flume (which I had to pay for) because it had rusted from all the leaking. Then during a rain storm that lasted a few days it started dripping through the sheetrock into my kitchen. They came out and put some roof tar around the flume and said it would be good. The next time it rained it leaked again into the kitchen. They came back out and looked at where it leaked and blamed it on the electrical out let. Which happens to be down the roof from the top edge of the roof. I ended up having a different contractor come in and replace the whole cooler and flume. They said that old cooler had been leaking for years. I also had to have a roofer come in and replace all the roofing around and down from where the old cooler had been leaking. Took pictures and video of the issues. Technicians from High Desert would not take responsibility for their errors. Needless to say the cooler leaking ended up costing thousands in repair costs.
