"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "The water heater repair was $400 and they wanted to charge us the $300 for the bathroom leak, but we told them it was ridiculous because the guy was only here for 5 minutes. They ended up crediting us some money back so they handled that really well. Less than 2 days later the water heater broke. They did not send out the same guy. They guy they sent out was really great, he walked us through every minute and dime he spent. He told us not to worry and that we were getting our money's worth. We've used them many times over the last 7 years. Once it was Christmas Eve and the hot water heater was having problems and they came out and repaired it for free. Then there was another time that I needd a $6,000 repair and I didn't have time to get estimates, but I trusted their work. The work has been quality, I think in the future with them I will ask them upfront for an assessment and not pay them until they start doing the work."

"I hired Northwest Plumbing to do all of the plumbing on two different projects. One was an extensive home remodel/addition which was basically doing all of the plumbing for a new home. Drain/waste lines with sewer hookup, natural gas plumbing including a new gas meter location, and of course all of the new hot and cold water lines including a tankless hot water heater. He has completed all phases thus far in a professional and timely manner. Including making special trips to rectify little problems that have come up during construction. We will be prepared for him to complete the finish plumbing in 4-6 weeks and I have every confidence it will be done with the utmost craftsmanship. The other project was a garage addition on an adjacent property where he assisted me in relocation of close to 100' of 4" sewer line.
