It took about half an hour to take the piano out of the apartment and load it in the truck.  When they finished moving I checked everything and it was absolutely without any scratches or something. "It went well, they arrived right at the middle of my arrival time window. They went over the paperwork with me. Then went straight to work. I did not realize that you have to mention every single thing you want moved so I had to ask them at the end to load up my entire walk in closet that had a dresser in it as well. Along with the potted plants and water dispenser. I didn't realize it but they left my ikea cubes in the spare closet so I hat to move that on my own today. Other than that, It was a great experience. I never want to move again, but if I did, I would hire them again."

I hired four movers at the owner's request (who, by the way, is very personable and helpful) as I was in the unique circumstance of moving to a third-floor apartment and in possession of quite a collection of books. I was a bit nervous about that fact - I'd looked at several other movers and reviews mentioned little about upper floor apartment services. 3 Kings were one of the few that actually responded to my request for a quote via Angi, and did so same-day. They were communicative, prompt and outlined every step of the process. Their quote was accurate and they were realistic about the challenges of my move. They treated my belongings with care. I did notice a few scuffs on a furniture piece here and there, but nothing that wouldn't have happened during moving anyway - and none of my belongings were otherwise damaged or broken. Moreover each and every one of the workers was polite and hard-working. Major props to the team for lugging my items up four flights of stairs on a hot day. They were outstanding.
