It took about half an hour to take the piano out of the apartment and load it in the truck.  When they finished moving I checked everything and it was absolutely without any scratches or something. I did not realize that you have to mention every single thing you want moved so I had to ask them at the end to load up my entire walk in closet that had a dresser in it as well. Along with the potted plants and water dispenser. I didn't realize it but they left my ikea cubes in the spare closet so I hat to move that on my own today. Other than that, It was a great experience. I never want to move again, but if I did, I would hire them again."
