"I was looking to get a general idea of pricing. They took the same elevation measurements as a competitor. Their verbal guess on pricing ($30k) was 50% higher than a competitor, but their suggestion was to do 50% more piering than the other company. Their explanation of why it needed more shoring made sense in the measurement data they showed me. Their pricing difference made sense, but I told him not to bother to finalize a proposal because the whole project regardless of who did it was more than I wanted to tackle. I sold the house as is and disclosed the foundation damage. I gave them a 4 , because their pier pricing was similar to the competitor and not a standout as better or worse other than the fact they suggestion seemed a more complete solution."

Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. And he always had a quick smile for my children. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their home."
