Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

They were very professional, hard working, and did a superb job with the work.  We were very happy from beginning to end.  They stayed until every last detail we wanted was attended to.  The only minor issue we had is that our driveway had a lot of small carpet tufts left on it.  (The workers did the cutting on the driveway).  Not a major issue, but I had to sweep it up. But given the superb work performed, we would use Floors on First again anytime.
